Your smile is in our hands!
Conservative Dentistry is the branch of dentistry which means the complete restoration, functionally and aesthetically, of the patient’s original tooth. That includes dental fillings (new fillings and replacement), root canal treatment, crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays and onlays.
Our dental clinic offers all types of conservative dental procedures, as well as a number of services in cosmetic dentistry:
The materials used for work are exclusively those produced by Japanese, German and Swiss companies which are in the leading positions of dental material producers. Tooth fillings A typical dental treatment that is frequently used is the filling which repairs and covers only a portion of the tooth. Holes in the tooth have formed as a result of decay. The weakened area of the tooth is removed by using tiny drills, and then dentist washes out the hole before placing the filling. Root canal treatment
A dental inlay treatment requires two appointments. First, the damaged tooth is properly cleared and shaped in such a fashion that no infections or bacteria remain. Then, our specialists make an impression of the tooth and place a temporary inlay in order to protect it until the next visit. This way the dentist can be certain that it suits the tooth's original shape. The impression is sent to a laboratory where the dental inlay is created so that it matches the tooth. At the final appointment, the permanent dental inlay is applied.Root canal dental treatment with the new version of the most popular endodontic Nickel Titanium system ProTaper® Universal. ProTaper® Universal system is the most efficient treatment used to avoid having a tooth extraction. By having root canal treatment the structure of the tooth is kept strong so that oral health can be maintained. Root canal treatment is required when there is an infection of pulp (nerve tissues) or the blood vessels in a tooth. Root canal treatments, also known as endodontics, stop the infection from spreading to the entire tooth. Dental inlays and onlays Dental inlays are efficient substitutes for fillings and involve a more complex procedure. The purpose of a dental inlay is to restore the top surface of a tooth which has been damaged. A dental inlay treatment is most often applied for filling gouges or chips in teeth. Dental onlays are applied when decay affects one or more of the teeth's cusps and the damage is more severe. This way, the need for a dental crown, dental bridge or dental implant can be avoided. One of the greatest benefits of a dental onlay is that most of the tooth keeps it's natural form. When applying a dental onlay the same procedure is used as in a dental inlay. Denatl veneers Dental veneers are used for restoring a tooth and for improving its structure. Cosmetic dental veneers can restore both the tooth’s shape and its color. Individuals with variations in the shape of their teeth also benefit from dental veneers, correcting teeth that are too small, as well as irregularities in shape. Overall, dental veneers create a whiter, brighter and more perfect smile. Anyone can benefit from a dental veneer treatment. Over time, the enamel of a person’s tooth becomes worn or discolored. Veneers can fix both these issues. The dental professionals at our clinic can provide affordable dental veneers so that you can regain that perfect smile. There are two types of materials used for dental veneers:
A Dental crown is used to improve the function and appearance of a tooth, concealing it in part or in whole. In some instances, the original shape of a tooth can be restored. Whenever dentists perform a dental restoration a popular and most efficient solution is to use a dental crown. A typical dental treatment that is frequently used is the filling which repairs and covers only a portion of the tooth. However, dental crowns renew the whole of the tooth’s surface with remarkable results. There are many reasons why dental crowns are popular, for instance, you can avoid having one of your natural teeth replaced by an artificial one. Instead of a dental implant, a dental crown can be used to avoid the removal of your natural teeth. A crown maintains the tooth's structure which may have lost its shape or deteriorated to a high degree. When the dental crown is placed on top of the tooth, the normal shape and look is recovered. Dental bridgesThe main reason for getting a dental bridge is to restore a gap created by one or more missing teeth. Your missing teeth can easily be replaced by a dental bridge which fills the gap between the teeth without further issues. Dental bridges use permanent artificial teeth (pontics) anchored with crowns to the adjacent (abutment) teeth. The abutment teeth are those teeth that take most of the stress during the chewing of food. A dental bridge requires the support from those teeth which are situated either side of the gap left by the missing tooth. These two teeth are called "abutment teeth". A dental bridge is placed in such a way that it has a crown on two sides of it. The abutment teeth are shaped in such fashion that the crowns are a perfect fit. In the case where abutment teeth are broken down, or the gum affected, these will require restoration before the dental bridge can be placed. There are three types of dental bridges: temporary, permanent and fixed. It should be mentioned that the temporary and permanent bridges do not necessarily need to be placed on both abutment teeth; there are situations when only one of the abutment teeth is used for this purpose.Your dentist will work with you to determine which type of dental bridge treatment is the most appropriate for your dental needs. |
